Most websites in this industry are built by marketers and tech people trying to sell software to contractors. That's not what this is.

My name is Chuck, and until about 3 years ago I couldn't tell you anything about Automation, Websites, AI Tools, or anything to do with how the world is today with AI. Instead I spent more than 20 years working in construction and service trades. I've worked with and around electricians, HVAC crews, landscapers, plumbers, pool companies, concrete guys, and all kinds of blue-collar businesses that keep things running every day. I became well rounded in the service industry and met a lot of people and built a lot of relationships over the years so now I work as a handyman that is still out here getting his hands dirty every day.

I know what it's like to work long hours, answer calls while driving between jobs, deal with customers after hours, chase leads that go nowhere, and still try to make time for family and life outside of work.

A lot of good contractors are great at their trade but feel completely lost when it comes to technology, websites, automation, AI, online marketing, or figuring out how to compete with larger companies online.

Honestly, that's how I felt too.

I built Empowered SMB to help service business owners simplify the parts of business that waste time and create stress. The goal is not to replace people with technology. The goal is to help hardworking business owners use tools that make life easier.

Maybe that means:

This platform is built for the trades. For the people who work with their hands. For the small business owners trying to build something better for themselves and their families.

I'm not a big agency.
I'm not some Silicon Valley tech guy.

I'm a blue-collar guy who learned this stuff because I saw how badly small service businesses were being left behind online.
